Seit 2000 hat das Institut die Aktivitäten des Jean Monnet Lehrstuhls an der Hochschule Fulda unterstützt. Bis 2018 hatte Prof. Dr. Hans-Wolfgang Platzer und seit 2019 hat
Prof. Dr. Claudia Wiesner den Lehrstuhl inne.
